Returns and refunds:
30-Day Return Policy
We value you as our loyal customer and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receipt of your package. The jewelry you are returning must be in its original condition, including gift boxes and velvet pouches, without any sign of wear, damage or alteration. In such case we will not accept a return.
Return Authorization not required
Simply log in to your facebook account “orders” tab and select the item for a hassle-free return procedure.
CREDIT ISSUED FOR PURCHASED ITEMS ONLY
Shipping and customs duties fees will not be refunded. We highly suggest your return is mailed with Delivery Confirmation/ tracking, or insurance for your security.
Engraved items:
There will be no refund or exchange on any Personalized Item(s).
Note: Orders placed during Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day qualify for the extended 45-day return and exchange.
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value, where the price difference will be refunded. For an exchange of a higher valued item, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
Fashion Jewelry Policy:
None of our costume jewelry contains precious metals or stones like gold, silver or diamonds. There is no warranty on the color as far as how it will last, color changes, or stones coming out. Our products are only considered fashion wear. No return or exchange on used item(s).
RETURNS ARE INSPECTED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS
Returns will be inspected and processed by our return department within 7-14 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged/ lost during return shipping. Therefore proper packaging and insurance are recommended. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We will not accept returns if they arrived in any condition other than the original and/or if they are past our 30-day return period. We will send them back to you and if you reject that return shipment, Javeny Jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
